madden won't let me buy points
I have added funds to madden and it won't let me buy points.

Yesterday I purchased 2200 madden points and they are yet to arrive!! It has not been 24 hours like I was told to wait the first time I asked (last night) but I really want my points so I can buy frost packs!!! Someone please respond with REAL help!!
