MADDEN19 How do i use a custom made roster?

I want to talk about something you don't mention above:
How accessible is the current experience? Annoying, but OK
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. So, I created multiple custom players and put them on seperate teams on a "CUSTOM" roster save file. But I can't seem to find where to make it so that when i go to "manage rosters" i can edit the depth charts and rosters of custom teams, and so that i can play a Play Now mode with the custom teams
How is this making it more difficult? I have a Franchise mode using a fantasy draft with HALF of the players i created. I just wanted to know if this is the only way to access those players, and also if i create more players for the same roster active in my franchise; will they be draftable players during the next entry draft? Sorry i had 2 or 3 questions but i figured they are all related.
How can we reproduce this experience? Not sure how to reproduce it lol but if someone has an answer i would dearly appreciate it
These menus for madden seem very non user friendly. Like, in NHL and Fifa titles i know that you have all kinds of roster and game settings readily available on a very plain simple screen for all players to tinker with. I have searched all over the menus for an answer to my issue but found nothing, just a thought to make the menus like they were 3 or 4 years ago even.

Once you create players and save them to a roster, you'll want to load that roster up if you plan to play a franchise with it. If you are in a current franchise prior to the custom created players that you created on a different roster, those players won't make it into that existing franchise.
