Madden21 will not load past the Jackson montague. How can I fix this.

I received the Madden 21 early on 9/7/2020, I went through installing the game files to my PS4, then installed the updates, after the installation the game started, got past the ea sport montague and...

Hey @boehart is the account with EA Play the one you are playing on and is it set as the primary account on the console?
