Community ManagerSorry about that @boehart, your post was in the EA Play board so I assumed it was through EA Play.
I've moved it to the Madden 21 boards.
So when this issue occurs has the game fully installed and updated? Have you also checked the disc to ensure that it is clean, a speck of dirt, a fingerprint or a tiny scratch can all cause issues so it is no harm inspecting the disc.

I can’t get into the game it just freezes on the madden 21 home screen

Have you tried a reinstall of the game or any other steps to see if it helps?

I am playing digital since I bought it from the PlayStation store but my PS4 got stuck in safe mode yesterday so I had to re download the whole game but I cannot get into the game now unfortunately I just freezes right before the Jackson montage and then I get a error
It freezes *
