The reinstallment process worked I appreciate your help !!
I can’t get into the game it just freezes on the madden 21 home screen
Community ManagerHey @ejdahypaaa on what platform are you playing and is your game digital or disc?
Have you tried a reinstall of the game or any other steps to see if it helps?

I am playing digital since I bought it from the PlayStation store but my PS4 got stuck in safe mode yesterday so I had to re download the whole game but I cannot get into the game now unfortunately I just freezes right before the Jackson montage and then I get a error
It freezes *
And I am playing on ps4
Community ManagerDid you rebuild that database when the issue occurred yesterday @ejdahypaaa?
If not then it may be worth doing so now, also no harm to restore your licenses: Select 
(Settings) > [Account Management] > [Restore Licenses].

I just tried the restore I’m getting the same issue and I had to initialize the ps4 yesterday and re download everything
