The reinstallment process worked I appreciate your help !!
I am playing digital since I bought it from the PlayStation store but my PS4 got stuck in safe mode yesterday so I had to re download the whole game but I cannot get into the game now unfortunately I just freezes right before the Jackson montage and then I get a error

If not then it may be worth doing so now, also no harm to restore your licenses: Select 
(Settings) > [Account Management] > [Restore Licenses].

I just tried the restore I’m getting the same issue and I had to initialize the ps4 yesterday and re download everything

It may be a case that you need to speak with PSN support as it can happen that a digital copy can have issues and need to be replaced.
