Madden21 will not load past the Jackson montague. How can I fix this.

I received the Madden 21 early on 9/7/2020, I went through installing the game files to my PS4, then installed the updates, after the installation the game started, got past the ea sport montague and...

Let me know how you get on @ejdahypaaa,

It may be a case that you need to speak with PSN support as it can happen that a digital copy can have issues and need to be replaced.

I will let you know as soon as it’s done being downloaded if so how would I get in contact with the ps support
