Madden(PC) Stuttering at 60 fps
So the game is fine during cutscenes/menu, but once i'm in a game it says its running at 60 fps(i have the lowest settings and capped at 60) but im still getting micro stutters every 3 seconds including the audio cutting out. Any fixes? Is it the game's fault or is it my rig? Thanks!

Intel Core I7-4770k
16GB Ram
GTX 770
DirectX 11
Using windows 7.
The best fix for this is uncapping the frame rate and disabling Vsync. You will possibly get screen tearing, but that is the state of this game at the moment.
