Michael Vick power up

Question

Hi taken his power up to final stage having bought the legend card.&nbsp; To get to 99 it is asking for his 99 ultimate card (500k plus).&nbsp; Is this right?&nbsp; Surely can't be as I could have ignored all the stages and bought this in first place?

@Ironbtlhorse  yes, using his 99 OVR item to upgrade his Power Up item results in a 99 OVR (which is the maximum). but his attributes are better in the fully upgraded PU-item (see for instance in the MUThead database: https://www.muthead.com/21/players/10514120/upgrades/0/11 vs. https://www.muthead.com/21/players/22014120/)
