I play online Connected Franchise on Xbox One as the Vikings.
Madden 16 forces the new stadium on to the team but in season two it still shows as a 7 rated stadium and not a 99 rated stadium.
Also - the horn for first downs is gone.
Please advise.
I started an Offline Franchise with the Minnesota Vikings to check out their new stadium (US Bank Stadium) and I am having trouble when I get to the second preseason of the franchise. IMG0872 is a photo from the 2015 preseason. IMG0873 is a photo from the 2016 preseason. Instead of being able to pick which stadium to upgrade to as a Minnesota owner it is already taken care of for you and it says it will be completed by the following preseason. However, when the 2016 preseason starts it just changes the name of the stadium and doesn't treat it like a brand new stadium. It has a rating of 7 instead of 99. This unfortunately makes offline franchise unplayable as a Vikings fan because of how interlinked the stadium rating and finances are. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I got this game for christmas and I am really disappointed that I can't really play the vikings as an owner in CFM because of this. Not having the upgrades arn't a problem as much as not having the number of seats change between TCF stadium(55000 seats) and US Bank Stadium(72,000 seats). I can upgrade the stadium myself but I can't change the number of seats add that to the lack of funds that results from the lack of seats with added stadium lease and it makes the vikings in owner mode unplayable.
I bought at launch and I have lost all hope that this will ever be fixed. There has not been any acknowledgment on the part of EA or devs that they even know about this. I haven't played cfm since hitting season 2.
