Thanks for responding! I was actually able to get in touch with Madden on reddit and they helped me with the missed reward. Unfortunately I made several tickets through EA help to no avail prior to getting in touch on reddit. All of the support representatives thought I was being scammed, or just flat out said it wasn't their problem when I spoke with them. They didn't know what Good Morning Madden even was, so I think they thought I was just lying to get some free stuff. Anyways, its all set now, but wanted to reply and let you know that I didn't just post here without trying the other typical methods.
