Missing Content in The Yard

I was customizing my player for The Yard and noticed that it is missing pants for the Bears. It appeared to have pants and jerseys for every other team. Am I the only one having this issue?

    So 2 days ago I bought the VOLT cyan pack on madden 21 for the Yard. It came with gloves, back plate, cleats and a visor. When I went into my locker to put the equipment on, the cleats were nothing like it showed, one was just all white, and the other was purple, but on the picture it showed blue pink and yellow on the cleats.

    Accounts are linked, other jerseys have worked but this one isn't working. It's still available in store on ps4 but I bought it on mobile. 

    Also, Jamal Adam's jersey is unlocked byt when selecting it, it puts on a white jersey instead with light blue letters.
