Missing my rewards when leveling up my MUT Level

I leveled up to 36 in mut and I just never got the rewards I earned. Gamer tag is L23jxcavs  EA_Blueberry: Edited post title for improved search results

    @tuch24 

    If you didn't receive your rewards please reach out to our Live-Support team so they can pull up your account to verify. We're not seeing any reports of missing MUT level rewards but it's possible they were delayed (might just need to play another game or back out and into MUT again to register).

@EA_Blueberry I haven’t received the last 3 level rewards. No coins, no packs in store, no PUP. Ridiculous.

    @ecfleet Okay, no worries. Hit up our Support team via the options below so they can pull up your account to check. Keep in mind that not every level will have the same type of rewards. What MUT Level are you? Also, you posted under Madden NFL 20 boards, just want to make sure this is for Madden 20?

      @EA_Blueberry No sorry this is for M21 but I just came across this post after a Google search. I had an hour long chat w EA help last night and have still yet to receive anything. I won’t keep playing if I am just blatantly not receiving rewards.

      I recently just got to level 50 but I didn't receive my 96 player reward. I'm confused on how I'm going to get it now. Any help?
