Missing Pre order packs and loyalty

I got the superstar edition and didn’t get my packs. I only got the 5 from preorder. And I never got my loyalty players from playing in 17, 18, and 19.

    The only way to unlock an item that you should have in your game is to contact EA Assistance, they are the only one can unlock item and payment problem on your game and Origin account.

    If lot of player have this problem, it's probably a know bug who will be fix in future update of the game, EA advisor will tell you about that.

The pre Order bonuses such as the free elite player from 1 of 32 teams plus an additional 5 gold team packs on top of the 7 that you get with the Superstar Edition

I havent received those packs either. I only got the extra stuff from the superstar edition. I'm still missing all of the rest of the preorder bonuses...
