Mit 20 Missing welcome packs

I already loged in the game but I didn’t get my loyalty packs. I’m playing Mut since 2016

where are they??

    Hi @JadenKingGaming @timo200269 

    The only way to unlock an item that you should have in your game is to contact EA Assistance, they are the only one can unlock item and payment problem on your game and Origin account.

    Here the link of EA assistance:

    If lot of player have this problem, it's probably a know bug who will be fix in future update of the game, EA advisor will tell you about that.
