    @cmoneyatl bam figured it out thanks to this. Go on ps4 and sell Montez sweat. Once he sells you will be able to log back into MUT on ps5.

    @Redromans77 is there a specific error message shown on the screen?

    my first guess: it seems like your account got actioned. did you receive an email to your email address linked to your EA account? if your account got banned, you should have received all related information via email. if you do not see any email, you might have to look at your spam folder too.

    by the way, independent of whether you really got banned (and if yes whether your ban was justified or not), it might be a good point in time to read the rules of the game (again) in order to avoid facing a ban in the future again. you will find the rules here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/madden/madden-know-the-rules/
