Summarize your bug I can’t get into mut on my PS5. Every time I get on mut team it gives me an error message.

my first guess: it seems like your account got actioned. did you receive an email to your email address linked to your EA account? if your account got banned, you should have received all related information via email. if you do not see any email, you might have to look at your spam folder too.

by the way, independent of whether you really got banned (and if yes whether your ban was justified or not), it might be a good point in time to read the rules of the game (again) in order to avoid facing a ban in the future again. you will find the rules here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/madden/madden-know-the-rules/

- Neo_Novalis5 years agoHero+@Redromans77 I've just seen a report from another player on PS5 (see https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/montez-sweat-corrupt-GT-locked-out-of-servers/m-p/10341269). Did you buy or receive a Golden Ticket Montez Sweat before this bug occured?
- Neo_Novalis5 years agoHero+@Redromans77 I'm not aware that a similar bug has been reported yet, so I'd still guess that it is caused by an (unjustified?) ban. As far as I know, bans are sometimes related to a console. Maybe your PS5 (or the PS5 version of Madden) was actioned. I'd therefore still suggest to contact the ToS team (see the first link in my previous response).
Another guess that came up my mind, but that's most likely just a shot in the dark: maybe there is something corrupted stored in the cache? the game saves some (user-specific) information there to speed up loading processes. if so, cleaning the cache might be worth a shot. how to do it: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/ (you have to scroll down a bit to find the guidelines for PS).
