Did not get any emails. And I can get into my account on the PS4 but not the PS5

@Redromans77 I'm not aware that a similar bug has been reported yet, so I'd still guess that it is caused by an (unjustified?) ban. As far as I know, bans are sometimes related to a console. Maybe your PS5 (or the PS5 version of Madden) was actioned. I'd therefore still suggest to contact the ToS team (see the first link in my previous response).
Another guess that came up my mind, but that's most likely just a shot in the dark: maybe there is something corrupted stored in the cache? the game saves some (user-specific) information there to speed up loading processes. if so, cleaning the cache might be worth a shot. how to do it: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/ (you have to scroll down a bit to find the guidelines for PS).
