Mr. Krab's event wont progress

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which console generation do you have? Microsoft Xbox One
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Dippin Linton
Date/time issue occurred 01/30/2021
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Skill Trainer
Summarize your bug ( This is in The Yard, doesn't give me that option in mode) Mr. Krab's Krabby Calls will not advance in rewards. I thought maybe I had to get a higher score so I replayed every event and it has still been stuck at 95,000 score. The jersey is at 110,000 score overall and I cant unlock it because of this.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the events
What happens when the bug occurs? The overall score doesn't advance when playing any of the events
What do you expect to see? The score to advance so I can get my rewards

This was fixed on February 5th.

So I was playing The Yard in Madden NFL 21 and the Spongebob Limited-Time Event (the recent one with the Mr. Krabs gear) and I have received awards from completing the games for a while but after I maxed out one of my prototypes, I wasn't able to earn any more points towards the rewards progress for the jersey which is the last item from the event. I switched my prototype and I have repaired my game but every time I go back to play and I complete some game in The Yard, it doesn't go towards the rewards progress even though I have earned enough points to get the jersey.

@ThatOneMinecart I forwarded the information to the team. I hope they will be able to solve it for you soon.

@ThatOneMinecart I’m having the same problem I got every item except the Jersey. It needs 20,000 and from the last event 5,000 carried over so it’s just stuck at 5,000. I have completed the events 3 times now and my points aren’t adding up it’s still sayin 5,000. I turned the system off and turned it back on everything still wouldn’t work. Hopefully they will fix it soon because it’s been a waste of my time doing the events and not gettin any points for it

@EA_Blueberry My Mr Krabs event will not progress past 5000 for the jersey either

Can’t get the Mr.Krabs jersey after playing for hours still says 5000/20,000. Gotta fix this bug cause I need that jersey.

Always wasting people’s time with the bugs. Gotta give the people the jersey before it’s gone EA.

I am also having the same problem as well. It's been stuck on 5000 for me and I been winning all 3 rounds earning like 30,000 points but Mr. Krab's jersey for the reward points is still stuck on 5000 and it's 20,000 to unlock. I hope they fix it before the event is over.
