Multiple PSN accounts linked to one ea account
Apparently ea can’t do anything with altering the accounts that are made. My son signed into his PSN to play the new madden game and when I purchased it to play with him both of our psn accounts are linked to the ea account. Making it so we can not both be playing the game at the same time. The only reason the game was purchased. Sat on “chat” with ea just to be told well we take your information but we can not do anything at all to change it or fix a problem.
I even told them to just remove the psn account I use from the ea account or even to allow me to create a new one( knowing that would lose progress or $ spent) but I was told they can not do anything to help me.
Would love some help on fixing the situation.
