Why are we unable to control more than 1 Team in Franchise Mode? I want to play a Season with my Daughter with her controlling her Favorite Team and me controlling my Favorite Team. Older Versions ...

Community ManagerIf you want to play a season with your daughter make sure you add more user teams after you originally start it up. It's under Options at the Franchise menu (see screenshot)
If you're playing on the same console and save file, you'll want to select offline franchise.
If she plays on a different Gamertag/PSN ID, connected/online franchise is how you can add her Gamertag/PSN ID to the franchise.
You can try an offline league, then go to user management that will allow you to add more coaches or teams with the same user
