MUT 19 can't connect (PC)

I can't access to Ultimate Team, everytime I try I get a message saying that servers cannot process the request. How do I solve?

I deleted the Madden folder in Documents, it seems working now

I tried but it's not working, Head to head online works. I and a friend of mine played with his account on my PC this morning and on his account MUT was working fine.
