Mut 19 team captain

I do not have a team captain on my mut 19 and I dont see how to select one. How can i pick one

    Are you sure Jerry Rice, Shannon Sharpe, Michael Strahan, or Ray Lewis aren't in your binder? Did you add one to the Captain Exchange Set?
