Blitz Promo Doorbuster crashed and would not let you open it until after the times. I added $50.00 to my account specifically for this and when it comes live it doesn't work. We need a make right or something and with the next few door busters coming I'm a little afraid we will have to same issue.
Went on for the door buster well guess what couldnt get it because your server couldnt process my request till 20 mins after. Packs weren't available anymore. Not very happy. I did it for Xbox but the PS4 server side suck .
Signed on at 11:55 last night to get on for the door busters. Store didn’t load for 20 minutes. The deal was gone. I added points specifically for the doorbuster. I would still like to purchase these packs. Spent all morning waiting to talk to support to find out they can’t do anything. Told me to make a post here. Please make this right EA. I buy madden every year, have EA access, and purchase multiple EA titles.
yep same thing happened to me, ea said that they will notify us for something but I have no idea what. We probably won’t get anything out of it so idk
There are tons of people complaining about how they didn’t get the doorbuster. Ea do something for the love of god.

I kept getting an unable to connect to server error even after resetting madden and testing my connection which caused me to miss out on buying the doorbuster tonight. Clearly an issue with your servers based on other posts. I bought packs exclusively for this doorbuster. Would like a refund for my most recent pack purchase please!
Literally two nights in a row of the servers crashing when they’re dropping door busters. Literally added points two nights in a row specifically for the door busters. This isn’t right. You’re essentially stealing money from us. Don’t put up offers for items you don’t intend to sell to your customers/ and or have the capability to follow through on those offers. Please make this right by having a 24 hour period where you offer these bundles for the door busters. I would appreciate someone following up and doing something about this

I was repeatedly denied access to the store after purchasing points for the door buster. EA has continually failed to deliver on their promises to this community and this is honestly getting Stupid. i want a refund for the money you have taken for me once again. Fix the game you are worth billions and all you care about is pumping out * for your consumers to throw there wallets at. Give us all refunds for wasting money on this game.
