Spent $50 to have points for the 11/30 12:00 AM doorbuster and I couldn't even get on the servers until 12:20 AM (and offer was clearly gone). Took photos to document it in hopes of a refund or something to make up for it. 89 people are currently ahead of me in the EA support chat queue and I can't stay up later due to needing to get up for my job at 5 AM.
If we couldn't even get into the MUT store for this doorbuster without the servers crashing, the next doorbusters will be the same if not worse on the servers. I can't believe I wasted money on a deal I had zero chance of ever getting due to poor servers.

What exactly is happening when you try to purchase the pack, do you get an error message or experience a connection issue like disconnecting?
