As you guys probably know, the store has been very glitchy during the 10 minute doorbuster events in madden. I saw a lot of people pretty upset that they purchased the required points for the specific offers they wanted and after waiting 45 mins past midnight to finally regain access, a lot of people may have spent the points that were previously allocated to the offer. I was wondering if anything can be done in the case of those people? Maybe grant half the points back as a conciliation? Thanks for your help, Nick
