Summarize your bug Went to buy points for the midnight doorbusters packs and of course i was unable to even get to the buy points screen because the server is unavailable. To this moment i still cant buy points. This has now happened two days in a row, MULTIPLE TIMES. It is unacceptable for such an established company to allow this to happen to all of your fans that are participating in this event.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By logging on and try to access the store to buy packs and points.
What happens when the bug occurs? It takes me back to the main screen and a white screen pops up saying the servers are unavailable.
What do you expect to see? I expect a recoupment of the packs i wanted to buy for wasting my time. Or even a recoupment in the form of the packs for free because now i dont even want to spend ANY of my money on this game anymore.

Every time I try to login to purchase my door buster packs, the game crashes. Screen says “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”
I purchased money in the game specifically to buy a 1 hour special. I am extremely disappointed and still wish to be able to purchase my centennial player.
please let me know how you will address my issue. You can see on my account I spend a lot of money in MUT.

I had the same problem, as soon as it hit midnight I finished my online game went back to the shop screen to purchase but nothing loaded, it turned white and said servers were unavailable. I tried multiple times to refresh and reload the game and nothing was working. I now just got access back and it’s 1:23am this is so stupid and I urge EA to fix this situation, this is the second night it’s occurred back to back.
