I think it is false advertising to get people to buy points. I'm going to report to Xbox live if they dont make good on it and get a refund. We should all get together and file a class action suit against EA for repeatedly screwing us over and not doing anything about it. They have zero customer appreciation and no accountability for their mistakes.
