This is absolutely outrageous. We all spend the money make and put it into this game when there servers can’t even handle a 10 minute pack and no one can get on to buy it. You wasted everyone’s time and you need to make it right. Make it AT LEAST an hour so we can get to the pack and open it. Jeez.
Hah, they deleted my comment... but I called it. The same thing happened on night two but this time it was a full hour of server issues and not being able to get in the store instead of 10 minutes. It should be illegal for them to advertise that something will be available, make you purchase points that are NON-REFUNDABLE, and then not have the ability to make said content available. I understand that is a "door buster" which is supposed to be first come first served, but other businesses don't take your money before you get in line and keep it if you didn't get what you want. That is what EA is doing and they know it. It's sickening.
