MUT 20 BLITZ PROMO DOORBUSTER

Blitz Promo Doorbuster crashed and would not let you open it until after the times. I added $50.00 to my account specifically for this and when it comes live it doesn't work. We need a make right or ...

Blitz Promo Doorbuster crashed and would not let you open it until after the times. I added $50.00 to my account specifically for this and when it comes live it doesn't work. We need a make right.

I was just told by a rep that they can't and won't fix it. Totally ruined my experience.

I can see if it was a legends pack, but no, it was a very sought after pack which guarantees a 94 overall. 

They refuse to help!!!
