I did what it said on EA to do but it has nothing to do with my connection it only happens with the certain player and no one else

@Pulse_KILLR Since there have been similar reports from players in Madden 21 too, I'd suggest to contact EA Help (see contact details below) and ask them for replacing your item. It seems that this bug occurs if the item is broken (i.e. something corrupted is saved in the database).
