Are those coins still not available for you? Usually when something like this happens they'll free up automatically after some time.

I have $260K in the bank. I was trying to bid on an item that was listed for starting bid price of $200K. I could not place second bid after being outbid because $201K of my coins was in purgatory. Please fix...
