Mut compare bug

Product: Madden NFL 21
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which console generation do you have? Playstation 4 Pro
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Jonnied2121
Date/time issue occurred 8/31/2020
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug Every time I tried to compare stats after purchasing level packs it did some weird zoom thing where I couldn’t see stats or how much coin you receive from quick sell
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I purchased madden cash then bought the level packs
What happens when the bug occurs? Pack opens regularly then zooms into the old players picture
What do you expect to see? The stats that should be shown and all the information

Summarize your bug When comparing cards after purchasing a pack it does this weird zoom thing and can’t see stats, or information such as quick sell amount.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It occurred when I purchased madden cash then bought the level packs in special offers
What happens when the bug occurs? The pack opened regularly then when you clicked compare it was zoomed into his position and the old cards picture
What do you expect to see? The status and information that should be shown.

    Which mode has this happened in? Online head to head
    Summarize your bug I cannot see my ranking or win/lose record when on the online H2H menu.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No clue
    What happens when the bug occurs? I the only thing I’m able to see is “compare stats” which doesn’t even work or allow me to compare my stats to any opponents. The second thing I can see is the leaderboards which work as normal
    What do you expect to see? My ranking and win lose record

    It is absolutely unacceptable that this bug hasn't been fixed in 8 months. No one should spend a dime on this game or on ultimate team. What a pathetic showing.

    If you haven't reset your lineup through the lineup tool by sorting by BEST OVR, that may help. I haven't come across this myself all year so it appears to be a rare bug for the majority of the playerbase. We don't forsee this being addressed as the team shifted to Madden NFL 22. If a re-install doesn't fix this for you either, it's worth comparing players at the community fansite muthead.com which can be useful to have on the phone or PC. Also useful for the auction house too. 🙂
