Do you happen to know what the message was that popped up when the disconnection happened. Did it state they quit or did it mention a connectivity error happened during the game?
Our forum team is unable to make any changes to accounts nor grant compensation. What the Advisor implied in that chat is that when there is a known issue with something and it's reported here, we are able to relay that information to the Madden team so they're aware of something impacted a wide range of players. In the event it's a known issue, the team may opt to issue make-goods out to players.
Have you tried any troubleshooting from your end since? A quick reboot with the modem/router and console is always a great place to start and you'll generally notice far better performance right away after doing so.
