Next time this happens would you be able to capture a 2-3 minute clip of this through the Xbox/PlayStation recording feature and submit it here? If the video is too large, providing an uploaded video link from YouTube works. It will help our team understand what is causing this to happen.

@EA_Blueberry Hi, this issue happens in PC as well. Solo battle, can't use my MUT team and end up playing with the Chicaco Bears, win and receive DNF. I have hit you up in another thread, however, I am getting ignored...

- @EA_Blueberry Thanks. Its just that it seems like XBox 1 and PS4/5 get priority for issues and PC users get overlooked...
Thanks for the escalation.- EA_Blueberry@FriendlyFire1126 No intention of overlooking the PC community. In general, the PC community is smaller than PlayStation and Xbox, so we were able to see a large amount of reports come in from Xbox users. For PC the amount of reports were much less and we were able to identify these as of now.
We will always escalate up concerns from the community when we see them. It helps us Forum Community Managers out when threads are searched first before creating a new post, so we're able to see 10+ reports on one thread rather than 10 threads of 1 person on each one scattered throughout the boards. I was able to discover these reports when sifting through the boards and alerted the team.
We'll do our best to identify these reports faster and when we hear more info from the team on this we'll let you know ASAP.
