Summarize your bug Solo Draft is the most recent bug to take my coins and gave me a 1 win season after I only played 1 game and won. I played the Giants and won 22-14. After the game I left like you’re supposed to and it immediately sent me to a screen that gave me a 1 win season rewards insinuating that I had won 1 and then lost 1. I only played the 1 game so I’m so confused. This isn’t the first time I’ve been screwed either. I made it to the playoffs in MVP league and was winning the game and there was only 1 quarter left then it kicked me and said I lost connection to EA servers. Which “coincidentally” only happens when I’m leading in an important game. I wasn’t mad the first few times this occurred because I actually thought that it could’ve just been coincidence. All though now I definitely don’t think it’s a coincidence since it happens almost every time and due to that I have barely played head to head and draft. I’m 91 overall and level 57 so I’ve played a lot and dedicated so much time and money in to this game so it’s just frustrating when that happens. And then to be treated like I’m a lying criminal by EA help is just a cherry on top. Please if you can help me I really I appreciate it. I really don’t want to delete the game but it’s almost getting to that point.

The past few times I have done the solo draft in MUT and I win the first game the series automatically ends. I then get the one win reward as if I lost the other 5 games that I never even got the chance to play.

theres not much u can do but i reccomend u just ask for ur money back. i already returned this game once then someone gifted it to me on steam so guess im stuck with it.. even though its the best release, the things they added like the yard and their endless pursuit of money by not balancing the gameplay make it unplayable. is best to just refund and not contribute to this dark time in their leadership. hope this helps
