We require more video examples as the team is having trouble reproducing this. If you're able to share a recorded clip of the last 5 minutes leading up to this so our team can determine what's triggering this to happen we'll forward it to the team ASAP.

Our team is having trouble reproducing this. We'll need some recorded footage leading up to this. If you're able to record up to the 5 minutes prior to it happening and share a link to the clip here that will help aide the team in understanding what's triggering the bug.

Thanks,After winning first game it gives you the one win reward then once you try to play the next it goes to starting all over again ridiculous wiylth what i paid for the game and money ive wasted this makes me sick

We know it's happening. This one appears to be a really tough bug to reproduce and is very random. We're hoping to get a variety of footage of what players are doing leading up to it happening to see if we can locate a root cause to trigger this event. I'm sorry if it came off as not believing you, it's definitely not that. If we can get some footage and your Gamertag/PSN ID we'll swing it their way ASAP.
- @EA_Blueberry 1/31/21 was working fine until my fourth game after winning the game froze camera just going around the stadium had to concede the game to be able to exit there fore giving me a loss
