Hey, MUT Community.
The team is aware of some players getting this error when they're attempting to play the Gridiron Forge challenges. They're currently looking into it and we'll provide updates on it as we hear them.
In the meantime, I created a post I linked below that might help get you back into the mode. The lineup can unfortunately get corrupted and by making some slight adjustments it can help refresh the data. I hope it works for you and we apologize for any impact it's having on your ability to progress in MUT.
Tried all troubleshooting a few times. Been like this all week this is kind of ridiculous

we should be getting some type of make right for this bs i haven’t been able to play any solo for 2 days paid 60 dollars to not be able to play

This is still under investigation by the team.
If you are willing to reply back with screenshots of your Team Visuals, Streategy, Offense, and Defense tabs to review the items you have in your roster that will help out the QA team identify the root cause of this error. I'll be passing it their way ASAP.

This is absurd. I pre-ordered this game for ps5 and have had this issue since release. The game is unable to retrieve my “progress from the EA servers” or “cannot process my request” when I attempt to do anything other than exhibition or franchise.
I have tried every clunky low-tech troubleshooting tip and nothing is working. I hope this really is being worked on.
