Here is a workaround fix someone posted on Reddit. Is anyone able to confirm whether it works? This way we can at least share it with others here to spread the word to those being impacted while the team is looking at a more permanent solution.
Forgive me if this have been discovered already and posted but for Ultimate Team Gridiron Force it seems as if only the first set of trials is bugged (at least for me). I know the bug is widespread and any information I found on it just made it seem entirely broken.
Earlier, I was on with a friend who had been fortunate enough to get through the first set. They're bugged for him now as well when they weren't previously, but he can access the rest of them normally.
I had him invite me to complete the first challenge on the second set of trials and after completing that together I haven't had any issues accessing any other challenges after that while playing solo and just got the 87 OVR JC Jackson.
Hope this helps. Such a stupid bug.
To clarify further. The first tier still doesn't work for me. 2 through 5 have worked for me with no problem which will net you the 80 stars for JC Jackson.

@EA_Blueberry Yes that's worked since the beginning for the JC Jackson. Doesn't help us get the collectible though come on guys
Yes this works, for the sets beyond the first one. The main issue is we want the MUT Master Token so we can upgrade our Kam and its getting frustrating not being able to get the most accessible token ☹️

Absolute joke and it's coming on for a month now, how can you even release new content when current content DOES NOT WORK!
How can I get my tokens to upgrade Kam chancellor when my gridiron forge is not working? Can you please reply!! This is getting really frustrating.
This challenge now has been broken for more time than what is remaining in the actual challenge but in the meantime here is what you released off the top of my head instead of fixing this that has started since launch:
Campus Heroes
Ultimate Kickoff
Legends Release x 4
Weekly Veterans x 4
What I foresee you will do is chalk this first iteration of forge as an L to the consumers but it’s okay because this mode was included at launch and will not effect your sales since it doesn’t require extra mut points to buy from store to complete unlike the mentioned releases above. We will most likely miss out on JC Jackson and the other rewards but you will allow us to get the Kam token in the next forge release due 10/5…but please by all means prove me wrong.

I've spent well over 2 grand in points to this point but wont be spending another dollar on ea products until this is fixed. And mark my words, what they're going to do is let it go until the challenge expires and then not fix it at all. If they do that, I'm done with EA as a company. I'll never buy another product again.
