Date/time issue occurred: been happening for weeks. Still no fix or update.
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Gridiron forge solos challenges.
Summarize your bug: I can not enter the gridiron forge solos challenges. Every time I do it gives me the error "our servers cannot process your request. Please try again later".I have seen the suggested fixes which include adjusting my lineup, and power cycling. I have done them and the issue persists.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to enter gridiron forge challenges
What happens when the bug occurs? Kicks me out of ultimate team.
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to work as intended. I'm already over 1500 dollars invested into MUT and would like to be able to complete the solos for my ultimate champion rewards. If they cannot fix it then I just want the token so I can upgrade my Kam chancellor.
Still the same problem on ps4.
