“Our servers cannot process your request” when I try to access Gridiron Forge challenges (and only those; everything else works fine)

Dear diary...
Day 18 another dawn...
Some have managed to compete and revel in the glory of the treasures attained... Unfortunately I like the masses still have an unresponsive server processing my requests and in vain will try again later...
A 6th contact was made with Morty from EA Chat, assurances were made to me and although there is no ETA to the completion of any fix or patch, control is aware of the issue's existence and are endeavouring to respond...
No makerights offered when asked, he responded with forwarding my message onto control to respond to this as well... I wait but with little hope...
Tried to attain a refund for said again, and as said is not broken (A matter of opinion) none was offered...
I come to the end of my transmission not knowing how much longer I will have to wait, still no end in sight, no light at the end of the tunnel...
Day 19 and its trials and tribulations will be here soon...
An update was done yesterday and i am still not able to play gridiron forge. It says “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” This is ridiculous, it’s been three weeks already, what is going on?

How was this issue not resolved with the update? Literally dude that pre ordered the premium madden edition for 90 or what ever it was has completed forge while those that pre ordered it for a smaller amount cant even play forge. Unlock the rest of the game. Please.
I am having the same issue with my Xbox one since 8/20 and EA help has done nothing at all. All my cases keep getting set to issue fixed when nothing at all has been done. I am being told to be patient this is a new game so we have to fix some things.To be honest I did not pay $100 for a beta version of the game to be fixed when they have a chance. I'm missing out on time sensitive challenges because if this issue and it is extremely frustrating to say the least, especially when EA reps disconnect from helping me because they can't understand that my issue is on their end and has nothing to do with my internet connection.
Are you guys ever going to fix this? I need the Ultimate champion collectible, but no everyone who this is broken for is just behind nice
Approaching three weeks now, still can not access Gridiron Forge. Thanks EA for applying a fix (no the lineup suggestion does not work) for users that can not play the game in full?
Still not working and at 1 day off 3 weeks since launch... An absolute disgrace!!!!
I have tried all the recommended fixes. This is ridiculous. I get the same error on superstars: blast off challenges- Richie incognito. When can we expect a fix?
