“Our servers cannot process your request” when I try to access Gridiron Forge challenges (and only those; everything else works fine)

i don't see it till i click challenges and when i try to start it i gives me a error screen

Summarize your bug When I go into gridiron forge it says “ our serves cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” I followed all the steps recycled, I uninstalled the game re installed it and it still says the same thing.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing it doesn’t let me play.
What do you expect to see? I expect to play for what purchased.

Error, cannot process your request at this time, can't play any modes in madden 22, can access all the menus, contacted ea support numerous times ea help on Twitter... all work around s have not worked. I do have multiple accounts linked to one ea account. Tried to get them removed and was told I can only do one every 6 months. I have had this problem since early access I have bought bundles and can't play. Please help or tell me this will be fixed in the next day or so. I am a long time customer
I click on gridiron forge and then click the first sequence of challenges and it keeps giving me an error and not making me able to play does anyone know how to fix this problem?
