ive talked to 4 different people from ea support. one told me i had to get a lan cable for better internet. I bought one and this still does not work.

Can you find out what your NAT setting is? Also, is UPnP enabled on your router?
my Nat setting is type 2 and i have UPnP enabled
i have been on the phone w verizon for 2 hours they did everything they could to help me open ports and get better connection. They said this issue has to do with the ea servers. Its been 5 days still can't play a game on ultimate team. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!
