Can you find out what your NAT setting is? Also, is UPnP enabled on your router?
my Nat setting is type 2 and i have UPnP enabled
i have been on the phone w verizon for 2 hours they did everything they could to help me open ports and get better connection. They said this issue has to do with the ea servers. Its been 5 days still can't play a game on ultimate team. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!
same here. I'm actually getting losses and wins when this happens (more losses) games don't even connect
same issue here
- @i_destroy_beans This is an EA issue. I did a reset, I've redownloaded the game, I've restarted my router and now have a hardwired connection. I still cannot find a h2h. I have an upload speed of 23.6 and a download speed of 485.3. I'm getting losses and wins without the games starting.
do you guys play on pc? i had the idea to uninstall origin but keep ea app and launch madden through there, havent had issues since. i hope it fixes for you guys, i literally tried queuing games for 4 days every hour before i found a solution
i noticed throughout the time i couldnt find online matches, progress would sync on the origin app ( game time hours) but on the ea app it was stuck, as soon as i uninstalled origin, my progress synced and it found a online game three seconds into searching
i play on ps5 don't have pc
it would literally search endlessly. every 25 seconds it asks if you would like to continue searching, i did it for ten minutes each time before giving up.
when going to play with a friend, it would give me an error message. never connected to any games. hope this information can help others who ran into the same issue.
i have almost a 4000$ pc, i get over 1000mbps download, 100 upload speed. so i have absolutely no hardware issues, but i even power cycled my stuff to no avail
