[MUT] I've never received packs bought from the store. How do I get them?

If you bought a pack from the store but never got it, please see the accepted solution below (please note: this post is accepted as solution for visibility reasons only!). You will find some approaches which will hopefully help you receiving your packs. good luck!

    first guess: did you have a look at your item binder? sometimes rewards and content go directly there without notice (sorting by 'newest' might be helpful).

    second guess: did you try to complete a Solo Challenge afterwards? sometimes completing one more game triggers missing rewards and content.

    if both approaches do not work, you might have to contact EA Help (see contact details below). they should be able to solve this issue for you since they can track your account.

  • Purchased multiple packs. It took points but was not able to open packs and packs are not in invetory nor are new players. Does someone have an answer fof this?

    Summarize your bug so basically last week i bought 500 points for the pack u get at level 15. i went to buy it and it took my points and never gave me the 2 packs and since then when i try and buy any pack with points/coins it says 'unable to complete transaction due to prevoius purchase still pending please retry' i have tried everything please help. i have called ea help at least 20 times and nothing is fixed please help

Unfortunately, since you already contacted EA Help, you already did what you should do. I will therefore escalate your case and inform the community managers about your issue.   • So my points are gone and it says I have 11 remaining packs but I haven’t received the packs I purchased… what should I do now?
