MUT kicks me out for comparing and trade block

Product: Madden NFL 21
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which console generation do you have? Sony PlayStation 4

Date/time issue occurred 1/8/2020 2:20 pm
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug Everytime I try to go to the trade block or compare players out of packs it kicks me out of my way account and I have to restart the game to let me back in
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk? Everytime I go to the trade block it kicks me out right after I search and when I opened my playoff 95 Nat from the challenges I can’t compare my players or see any stats so I can’t pick a player cuz I’m not gonna do it blindly
What happens when the bug occurs? I get kicked out of MUT and my EA account but the game takes me to the Home Screen and doesn’t let me log back in unless I quit and restart game
What do you expect to see? Someone fix the bug?

Can’t seem to get on the trade block without it kicking me out of my MUT and EA account right away and doesn’t let me back in or when I open a pack I can’t compare players without it doing the same thing

    other players reported the trade block issue too (see e.g. here: Trouble accessing MUT Trade Block - Answer HQ). I also face this issue from time to time. for me, it often helps filtering the Trade Block (e.g. by 'All Players' and 'Elite') to avoid being kicked out of MUT. furthermore, I realised that I've to wait for a short moment before I enter the Trade Block where the list of players is shown  (i.e. when I see the screen where I can chose the filters, immediately proceding either after entering this screen or after setting a filter). if I do not wait for a second, I get an error.

    the second issue (comparing player items from packs directly when opening a pack) happens to me too from time to time (on PC). a workaround for me is to use the MUThead database (Madden 21 Player Ratings Database | Muthead) which contains all MUT players and also allows for comparisons.

    @TANK_DIGRAVIO Me too. Whenever I select the Compare option on a player card in Auction House or on my own MUT team I get an error message " Cannot connect to EA Servers" and then I get kicked out of MUT and have to log back in. So basically I can no longer compare players for purchasing considerations in MUT. Oddly if I just buy the player without comparing, that still works

    @skitchhenderson  same here. but not every time i try to compare.

    what i see so far is that normally there are 3 tabs in the compare screen: attributes/equippables/archetype

    sometimes it will only show 2 of them: attributes/equippables or attributes/archetype

    whenever the game crashes i see in the moment befor that only 2 are shown.

    I can't compare at all. No matter when or where, I get kicked out. Ps4 or ps5, it does not matter. My friend can do it on PS5, not me though. I have to go to the team menu and act like I'm trading a card out to see any stats. Very frustrating.
