Summarize your bug Hi, I just started playing Madden 22. It seems that "Training Points" are not being awarded when leveling up. I have encountered 2 instances where I chose "3000 Training Points" instead of 10000 Gold and both times I got the error "The option selected is not currently available" and received nothing. I also got the same error when I got the "power up" rewards.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As you level up in the MUT Season, when pressing the "A" button on the gamepad to acknowledge the reward you get the error "The option selected is not currently available". This happened to me whenever I choose the reward "3000 Training Points" or whenever I get the purple "power up" cards.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get nothing as a reward.
What do you expect to see? The rewards stated on screen to be added to my profile/account

did you look at your unopened packs if the rewards are there?
They weren't
Nevermind... It seems that my "lost" items can be seen under the "Binder" menu, and then filtering for "Collectibles".
The menu is just not intuitive.
