[MUT] missing content - lost pack after hitting the back button

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? MUT Champions
Summarize your bug Accidentally hit back button before I had made my choices in a fantasy/choose a player pack and I lost the pack. Tried restarting MUT and the game and it was not re-added, nor were any players added to my collection.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hit back button right after opening a fantasy/choose a player pack
What happens when the bug occurs? You lose a pack
What do you expect to see? Pack re-added to unopened packs

    ☹️ my first guess: did you have a look at your item binder? sometimes rewards and content go directly there without notice (sorting by 'newest' might be helpful). maybe you somehow triggered selecting an item unintentionally?

    my second guess: did you try to complete a Solo Challenge afterwards? sometimes completing one more game triggers missing rewards and content. Maybe this holds for the disappeared pack?

    if both approaches do not work, you might have to contact EA Help (see contact details below). they should be able to solve this issue for you since they can track your account.
