    Hi everybody. I’ve worked it out. You have to download the Xbox one version to your console as well (not the optimised one for next generation). Access ultimate team and your rewards will be in there. Open them and enjoy!

    Once finished you can exit the game, uninstall the old gen version and load up your next gen again. All the content will be there still.

are your rewards still missing? usually, the rewards most often need to be triggered to show up. This might happen by completing one more game or restarting the game (or newly logging in).

If your rewards are still missing: did you have a look at your item binder? sometimes rewards and content go directly there without notice (sorting by 'newest' might be helpful to find them if the content is there).

if that does not work either, you might have to contact EA Help (see contact details below). they should be able to solve this issue for you since they can track your account.
