[MUT] missing content - pre-order bonus

I am not receiving my mahomes dynasty pack with randy moss and deon sanders in it. what is going on? How do I get it?

Preordered through GameStop for the Xbox series X/S and I don’t have access to my MVP edition packs… Tried restarting, reinstalling and such… I just can’t seem to find a solution to finding my packs…

I got the dynasty edition and started playing on the 12th.

Has anyone received your Vet. loyalty packs yet from playing 19, 20, 21? We supposed to get to choose 3 82’s, still waiting on mine.

I'm also still waiting on my Rookie Premier pregame content.

If you're still missing pre-order content I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. You can find more info on how to set up a case with them at the EA Help website. If you prefer, you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead. 

If you're having trouble finding your Veteran rewards, that's actually something we're currently looking into. Thanks for bearing with us while we're investigating. 

I preordered the MVP edition and redeemed the code on Tuesday, but I still haven’t gotten the preorder content. 

Same with me, got a copy of MVP edition for xbox series X and havn't got the goodies yet for Ultimate Team

I preorder the game and all and chose Patrick as my QB why didn’t I receive Randy and Deion sanders 

I preordered the Dynasty edition of Madden 22 and did not receive any of the two capsules, Legend or the other, cannot remember the name.  The legend was supposed to have Deion and Randy Moss....I put in a ticket and the Help desk said they are aware and several players are missing these items.  As of today, said Capsules are still missing, any idea of when this maybe fixed?  I just would like what I paid for, no more, no less.
